Samples first! Saxon’s Coughing Up Fire album included a rap by Tippa Irie that forms the lyrics of this tune. I think its in here somewhere:

And then the main music sample (as well as an additional music sample) is from “I’ll Do A Little Bit More” by The Olympics:

He really beats the hell out of that sample and turns it into something fairly different.

That, of course, is the magic of what Norman Cooke does – he takes existing sounds an reinvents them. I recognize that the original artists deserve recognition for their work, but I want to propose that a top rate DJ really turns what he or she is mixing into something different and special.
