Warning was Green Day’s first album of the 21st century – assuming you take the false position that the 21st century began in 2000. Really, its their last album of the 20th century.

Anyhow, I missed it completely when it came out, but it turns out there are some really great songs on it.

“Blood, Sex and Booze” is clearly a catchy little ditty about bondage. The singer is tied up and begging his mistress to be hit. Its almost a love song and certainly an obsession song.
