2250. “Witchy Woman” by The Eagles

“Witchy Woman” was the first song that Don Henley sang lead on. It was written by Henley and original Eagles guitarist Bernie Leadon. Leadon was the direct connection from The Eagles to Gram Parsons, since Leadon played with Parsons in The Flying Burrito Brothers.

This is probably the hardest rocking number by The Eagles from this period and still get quite a bit of play on rock radio, at least as near as I can figure.
