M-612. “Delirando” de La Ley

m-612-delirando-de-la-ley

Track Eleven, Delirando (Being Delirious,) opens up with violins playing a melody that one would normally associate with Bollywood. The rest of the arrangement shows the Middle Eastern influence that is still present in Spanish/Latin music dating back to the occupation of Spain by the Moors.

This song is not sappy little love song but one where the singer is done with a relationship. He is leaving to a place where he will no longer go delirious with madness.

Perdóname
voy a cruzar
un muro sin lamentos que sujetar
recuérdame
de no voltear
no quiero arrepentirme o petrificar.

Estoy llegando
donde nunca fuí
delirando

Excuse me!
I am going to cross
A Non-Wailing Wall to hold on
Remember me
Not to turn around
I don’t want to be sorry or petrify.

I am arriving
Where I never was
Delirious

Oh yes Bollywood. I love it. Caught my attention immediately. Is there an album version of this Unplugged performance?

This doesn’t sound anything like their previous tunes. I really, really dig this one.
